When will I see the name of the car rental agency?

For Hot Rate® Car bookings, you will see the name of the car rental company immediately after you complete your booking and your account has been charged. By providing quotes anonymously, top car rental companies can offer their lowest prices. Leading rental companies offer deep discounts - including rates significantly lower than those you'll find on other travel sites - to find customers for cars that would otherwise remain on the lot. Please note that Hot Rate® Car bookings are final and cannot be refunded, changed, exchanged, or transferred. These restrictions enable car rental companies to better manage their unsold rental cars, and they're a big reason why we can offer you great travel deals.
