Rental car insurance requirements vary by country. If you've purchased Rental Car Protection through Allianz Global Assistance, rest assured, you are covered for damage or loss up to $40,000 everywhere except Israel, Jamaica, the Republic of Ireland, and N. Ireland. Additional liability insurance may also be required for international rentals.
