All Trip Protection claims and questions are handled by Allianz Global Assistance. Completing a claim form takes just minutes. To begin the process, visit http://www.etravelprotection.com/hotwire/ and click on File a Claim. Please note that Allianz Global Assistance may request information from you -- such as travel documents, proof of payments, etc.
