How do I purchase Trip Protection insurance?

You can buy Trip Protection while booking a trip on Hotwire.

During the Hotwire checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to purchase Trip Protection. The insurance cost is not included in your Hotwire package rate. If you choose to buy insurance, your Hotwire reservation and insurance charges (from Allianz Global Assistance) will appear as two separate transactions on your credit card statement.

All policy documentation will be sent directly to you from Allianz Global Assistance. All claims and questions are handled by Allianz Global Assistance. Learn more about Allianz Global Assistance and Trip Protection.
